We stayed in the small double. The room and facilities were immaculate. Bed was super comfy, great bathroom, everything we needed was provided. The staff member who showed us our room was helpful. The food was very nice aswel.

These are basically relatively new rooms that have been added above and at the rear of an established pub/restaurant. The room looks new and very modern if a little spartan. The bed was very comfortable and there was a view of the sea out of a small window that you could see from the bed. The free-standing bath in the bedroom was a nice touch when combined with a separate modern quite large shower room and toilet. Full tea and coffee making equipment plus good quality toiletries from Cowshed. Check in was all done online as was check out. One of the pub/restaurant staff showed us to our room and went through all the facilities. We didn't have any problem with noise from the pub below whilst we were there. All was done with real friendliness and efficiency. The rooms are close to the Rockwater Hove restaurant and bar which is what brought us to the area.

Great tasting food and very friendly warm staff who had time for the customer. In the room, fresh bottled milk, a whole range of snacks. Generous and welcoming. Good tea bags. Great bathroom with excellent toiletries. Comfy Bed.

Friendly staff and good food. Nice restaurant atmosphere. Good location for looking around Hove. Parking easy a short distance away. Comfortable, well furnished, newly decorated bedroom snd bathroom.

We honestly couldn’t fault, loved everything from the cleanliness & decor, to the location, & especially the staff’s welcoming, helpful & accommodating manner. The food was exceptional & delicious, we will definitely be staying here again! The staff’s enjoyable & informative conversations made our stay too, with history of the premises, knowledge of wines & the food, & their other personal interests, very social, great recruitment in our opinion & highly trained.
